Cancellation Policy
Booking and Rescheduling A 60% booking retainer is required for all sessions and is nonrefundable. The remaining 60% is due within 2 weeks of the session date. If the session is less than 2 weeks away, the entire amount of the session is due upon booking. Rain dates for outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at the convenience of the client & photographer. Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if a rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the session. After one permitted rescheduling, any further rescheduling will require an additional booking fee of $50 to hold your spot. In the event the Client fails to remit payment as specified, the Photographer shall have the right to immediately terminate this agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid as liquidated damages for time-services-preparations-correspondence leading up to the event, and not be expected to attend the session. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 non-sufficient funds fee Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. Retainers are transferable if a date change is necessary.
